Our policy pertaining to the personal medical information that is stored for you on this website is that it will never be shared or disclosed to any third party. Nor will we ever ask you for your social security number.

You are in charge! Your choose what medical information that you want to be included within your online "Medical Profile"

No one but you will have access to any medical information that you deem to be “Private” and choose to store in your Online Vault or Portable USB Vault. These areas are both password protected and the Portable USB Vault uses a highly secure encryption software. Of course you may trust your password with someone else if you choose, but we recommend that passwords remain in the hands of the individual or account facilitator. Again, You are in charge!

The Portable USB Vault is separated into two areas. Section one is a public area that is designed to hold the downloaded .pdf version of your profile summary. You will want to update this file anytime that changes are made to your Medical Profile. This area is not password protected and serves as a backup to your Emergency Wallet Card in emergency situations.

Section two is a private area that is designed to hold complete medical records, personal documents, important contacts, etc. The software that is used within the Portable USB Vault was provided by PC Dynamics and is called SafeHouse Explorer. This super strong 256-bit Two-fish advanced encryption ensures that your “Private” documents are kept private. Any type of information can be stored within the password protected “Private” vault area.

To insure the safety and security of your health records even further, we reserve the right to make changes to our policies from time to time. However, if we do make a change, we will immediately post these changes on our website and your continued use of our website following a change will constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these important changes.
