Product Warranty Information
Portable USB Vaults carry a one (1) year warranty against normal mechanical failure. Any mechanical failure that is a direct result of the user, including but not limited to, heat damage, freeze damage, water damage, and physical abuse does not constitute a “normal” mechanical failure and under such conditions will not be covered by this warranty. On The Road MD is not responsible for any data lost as a result of normal mechanical failure and therefore recommends that members regularly backup data that they wish to store on the device. Members with warranty questions should contact On The Road MD service@ontheroadmd.com and are responsible for postage of warrantied merchandise and should send by U.S. Mail to: On The Road, Inc. (Attention: Warranty Department), 448 N. Cedar Bluff Rd. Suite 149 Knoxville, TN 37923.>
In the event that On The Road MD sends out products that are faulty or incorrectly printed (see below for exclusions), we will immediately replace those products at no expense to the member.
Responsibility for Password Liabilities
Members assume full responsibility for the accuracy, content, or omission of information input within, but not limited to, the online profile, .pdf summary sheet, portable usb vault, and emergency wallet card. On The Road MD will not be held liable for any personal injury, including death caused by such inaccuracies. Please carefully check the information being input or updated before submission to avoid any inaccuracy as On The Road MD is not responsible for the informational content of products once they have been mailed out.
Portable USB Vaults come standard with a basic predetermined name and password. It is the member's responsibility to assign a new name and password upon product arrival. Once a name and password has been changed, On The Road MD is not liable for lost, forgotten, or mistyped names or passwords. On The Road MD is not liable for information on the Portable USB Vault being lost or stolen as a result of a member neglecting to change the initial predetermined name and password.
Money Back Guarantee
Members (those residing in the United States only) have a full ninety (90) days to try out our products and services. During that period, you may choose to cancel your membership for any reason and we will refund 100% of your purchase total. Simply request a refund, mail back the product, and we will promptly refund your money.
Refund and Cancellation requests should be submitted by e-mail to service@ontheroadmd.com. Refunds will be delivered via the original payment method (credit card, Paypal, etc.) when possible and only after On The Road MD is mailed and receives products sent within said 90 days including, but not limited to, wallet card(s), usb vault(s), and unused alert labels. Members are responsible for postage of returned merchandise and should send by U.S. Mail to: On The Road, Inc. (Attention: Member Cancellations), 448 N. Cedar Bluff Rd. Suite 149 Knoxville, TN 37923.
Responsibility for Password Protection
To protect your privacy, this website has put into place various security tools that will allow you to record and store highly sensitive health care related information. However, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that only authorized persons shall have access to your “Password Protected Documents”. Therefore, this website assumes no responsibility or liability for any information you and/or any third party you deem worthy in case of an extreme emergency to access your most sensitive health care records misuses them while utilizing this web sites tools and services.
